Inndorf Imaging LLC

1. License & Intellectual Property

All photographs, video footage, aerial imagery, and other media produced by Inndorf Imaging (collectively, "the Media") remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inndorf Imaging. Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial use license for the purposes described herein.

This license permits the client and their represented real estate clients to use the Media solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property depicted, including MLS listings, social media, print advertising, and personal or brokerage websites.

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from Inndorf Imaging: resale, sublicensing, or transfer of the Media to any third party for compensation; use of the Media beyond the marketing of the specific property depicted; modification or derivative works that misrepresent the original Media; and use of the Media following the withdrawal or expiration of the listing without a new agreement. Inndorf Imaging retains the right to display any Media in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

2. Turnaround Times

Inndorf Imaging is committed to prompt delivery. Standard turnaround times from the date of the shoot are as follows:

• HDR drone photos — Same day

• HDR interior & exterior photos — Next day

• Drone video — Next day

• Social media reel — Next day

• Walkthrough video — 48 hours

Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by weather delays, scheduling, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays. Rush delivery may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

3. Service Area & Trip Charges

Inndorf Imaging is based in Peachtree City, Georgia, and primarily serves all of Fayette County and Coweta County locations within a 40-mile round-trip radius of Peachtree City at no additional charge.

Properties located outside this service area are subject to a trip charge of $0.70 per mile, calculated for the full round-trip distance from Peachtree City. The applicable trip charge will be disclosed to the client prior to booking confirmation.

For drone operations, all flights are subject to applicable FAA regulations and airspace restrictions. Inndorf Imaging reserves the right to reschedule aerial services due to weather, restricted airspace, or unsafe conditions without penalty.

4. Invoicing & Payment

Invoices are issued electronically via QuickBooks to the client's email address. No QuickBooks account is required. Payment may be made by credit card through the invoice link. Checks are also accepted and should be made payable to Inndorf Imaging at the mailing address printed on the invoice.

New clients without a referral are required to submit payment prior to the delivery of Media for their first session only. All subsequent sessions follow standard invoicing terms.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts unpaid beyond 15 days may be subject to a late fee of  15% per month on the outstanding balance. Inndorf Imaging reserves the right to withhold Media delivery until all outstanding balances are settled.

5. Media Delivery

Completed Media is delivered via WeTransfer, branded with Inndorf Imaging. A download link will be sent to the client's email address on file. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their Media within the link's active period (typically 7 days from delivery). Inndorf Imaging is not responsible for Media lost after the download link expires. Re-delivery requests following link expiration may be subject to an archival retrieval fee.

6. Property Preparation & Access

It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is clean, staged, and ready for photography at the scheduled appointment time. Inndorf Imaging will not reposition personal belongings, furniture, or debris on behalf of the client. If a property is not reasonably prepared upon arrival and the shoot must be rescheduled, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.

The client or an authorized representative must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Lockbox access is acceptable with prior notice. Inndorf Imaging is not liable for any pre-existing property conditions depicted in the Media.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled shoot time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full session rate, at Inndorf Imaging's discretion.

Inndorf Imaging reserves the right to reschedule any session due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the client.

8. Edits & Revisions

Standard editing and color correction are included with every session. Requests for additional editing — including sky replacement, item removal, or significant retouching — are considered custom work and may be quoted separately.

One round of reasonable revision requests is included per session. Clients should submit all revision requests within 5 business days of Media delivery. Requests submitted after this window may be declined or billed additionally.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inndorf Imaging's liability to the client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the session in question. Inndorf Imaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Media. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, Inndorf Imaging's sole obligation is to reshoot the affected portion of the session at no additional charge, or issue a pro-rated refund at its discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fayette County, Georgia. By booking a session with Inndorf Imaging, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
